The Coaching Team

Coached by career professionals.

Every Firmvault coach is a full-time strength specialist — not a part-time rep counter. We hold nationally recognized credentials, train under one shared programming standard, and coach every session on the floor.

Coaching philosophy

One standard, applied to every body.

Our team coaches under a single shared method: assess first, program individually, coach every rep, and adjust from data. The discipline changes; the standard doesn't.

  • Every program written for one person — never templated
  • Technique coached rep by rep, not corrected after the fact
  • Load and volume decided by assessment, not ego
  • Continuing education built into every coach's calendar
