1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using any coaching service from Firmvault Fund LLC (“Firmvault,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

Firmvault provides in-person strength and conditioning coaching, small-group training, nutrition coaching, and related wellness services at 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. Coaching is guidance based on assessment and experience; it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information about your health, injuries, and history
• Follow coach instructions and stop any movement that causes sharp pain
• Consult a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program
• Respect facility rules, other clients, and our staff

4. Health and assumption of risk

Strength training and conditioning carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that you are physically able to take part. We strongly recommend you obtain medical clearance before beginning.

5. Bookings, cancellations, and refunds

Sessions are by appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance retain your session credit; later cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. Package and membership refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, pro-rated for unused, non-expired sessions. Promotional and discounted packages are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Payment

Pricing for packages, memberships, and add-ons is published on our Pricing page and may change. Any payment is due before or at the start of the service period unless arranged otherwise in writing.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photography, and programming — is owned by Firmvault or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Programming delivered to you as a client is for your personal use only.

8. Testimonials and results

Client testimonials and transformation stories reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on your effort, consistency, genetics, and adherence to the program.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firmvault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and use third-party tools (fonts, icons, analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of- law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in or near Austin, Texas.
